David Alan Campbell was born 20 October 1949 in Long Beach, California, to John Lewis Campbell III and Ruby Alta Campbell (nee Halsey). His sister, Doreen Rae was born in 1948.  David passed away 5 October 2001, also in Long Beach  Doreen also passed way, on December 28, 2001.
