Larry played Saxaphone, but also was a drummer in the Millikan marching band, and the Long Beach Junior Concert Band. I cannot remember all the details, but his widow contacted me, when we were planning the 40th Reunion. She shared with me, that Larry serenaded her with his Saxaphone, when he asked her to marry him.
