Barbara was a most kind person, at an age when not everyone was. She just had an easygoing, confident manner.

Barbara and I go way, way back to Tincher elementary school. We had good times in the sand boxes, and on the play ground. Since our 50th reunion, I have often thought of Barbara and wondered how she was. Rest in peace.

Like Deanne, Barbara and I attended both Tincher and Hill before moving on with our small group to Millikan  while most of our Hill class moved on to Wilson.  It was really nice catching up with Barbara at our 50th reunion after so many years spent in the smaller community of kids at Tincher and Hill.  Barbara always had a smile and a kind word whenever we met or passed by each other and I think we had, as most of our Hill "mates," a shared spirit of comming from Hill.

Rest in peace my friend and we'll meet on the ski runs of the hearafter!

I walked with Barbara at our graduation ceremony in 1968.  Our families lived a few blocks away from each other in high school and I got to know her parents, brothers, and sister quite well.  I remember them as all very kind and caring people.  Rest in peace, Barbara.
