I remember John from St Jo’s, we grew up sharing many of the same classes in those years.  He was quieter than most and one of the most genuinely nice guys I’ve known. I didn’t know he served in Viet Nam, we lost touch after HS.  I stopped by his home years ago during a visit back to see my mom.  Such a shame I missed him,

Ahhh John it seems like only yesterday we were at Millikan. You went Army and I went Navy. In April of 1971 I started a new job at Bemis in Willington CA.. I was surprised to find you started the same day but on day shift. We both ended up as printing press operators. We worked together for almost ten years. As we used to say peace out my Brother. RIP!
